How to choose your embroidered hat:

Select your hat brand from the menu. You can then see the types of hats from that manufacturer, once you select your type, it will open up another menu to allow you to select the color options we carry.

• Embroidered design may have the thread colors changed to look better on the color/style hat you choose. If you have a specific request, please leave it in a note at the bottom of the menu in the provided text box. Not all designs can have the thread colors changed due to how we digitized them, but many can.
• Please ensure that you are selecting the right style/color you want. Once the hat is made, we cannot accept returns. Nobody wants a used hat and even if you didn't wear it, we cannot resell it as a new hat. Please double check your order before you complete checkout.
• If you want a hat that we do not carry, send us a message and we can check with our wholesale cap distributors on getting it on our next restock order.
• We do our best to trim away any threads where the machine changes colors on both the outside and inside. If we miss one, snip it off and use a lighter to lightly sear the end.
• We are a small, family-run & veteran owned business. My wife and I work long hours trying to ensure our customers are taken care of and making product. If you send us a message, we will reply, but sometimes we also may be away from the shop doing family stuff.

• Each hat and beanie is placed in a plastic bag and sealed, then placed inside a cardboard box (9x7x5 for hats, 6x6x6 for beanies) This ensures your hat doesn't get squished or damaged if mishandled by the postal service.
• Shipping pricing is managed by USPS, UPS or FedEx. We have zero control over this. If you add all your items to the cart, when you checkout, the shipping program will calculate the weight we have each hat listed to give you the correct shipping cost. They send us the label, we do not "pocket" anything from this.
