All of our embroidered hats are made in-house, and shipped from our shop in Knoxville, Tennessee. We have many options available, so our low stock, or hard to get hats may not be listed. If you are looking for a particular hat style, brand, color that is not listed, please reach out to us. If we don't have it in stock, we can give you a estimated arrival time from our hat blank supplier (usually only 2 days), offer another option, or refund your purchase if you choose.
All of our hats are made-to-order and usually ship within 24 hours.
Thread colors may vary from the listing image, depending on the hat color. If you want to specify a certain thread color, please add a note when you checkout.
About our brands:
Richardson 110 - A structured, mid-profile hat with a mesh back and are fitted. Also known as R-Flex hats. Sizes are S/M, L/XL, and XL/XXL.
Richardson 111 - A unstructured, low-profile hat with a mesh back and snapback device.
Richardson 112 - A structured, mid-profile hat with a mesh back and snapback device.
Richardson 115 - A structured, mid or low-profile hat with a mesh back and snapback device. The 115s come in many unique colors.
Flexfit - A structured, mid-profile hat with a solid, stretch back. These come in a variety of colors and are sized as S/M, L/XL, and XL/XXL.
Falari - A structured, mid-profile hat with a solid or mesh back and a heavy duty velcro strap. These come in basic colors and are preferred over the snapback by many due to the ability to make smaller adjustments to the hat fitment. The mesh back versions have a sandwich type bill that has the hat's two primary colors.
DRI DUCK - A structured, mid-profile hat with a solid back and a heavy duty velcro strap. These hats have embroidery on the sides, to accent the design on the front. These are also some of the softest hats with their slight stretch and cotton material.
