Every workplace mess apparently needs a manager. Shit Show Supervisor is a hilariously unfortunate promotion.
What makes this one work is the contrast between a neatly stitched patch and a message that refuses to behave. The little piece becomes a conversation starter the moment someone actually reads it. It's well suited to a patch wall or everyday bag where your sense of humor can show.
Because the design is stitched onto fabric, it has a different visual weight than a decal. The finished outline keeps the subject defined and easy to find among a row of patches. It fits a compatible patch area or can live on a collection board when you're not wearing it.
